This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Orella Interactive for the use of MAZE Finance. By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
Orella Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use MAZE Finance on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

The App is licensed, not sold. Orella Interactive retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Orella Interactive.
Access to full App functionality requires an active subscription after the 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Orella Interactive does not process payments directly. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant app store.
Orella Interactive may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the App. Updates are subject to this EULA unless a new agreement is presented.
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Orella Interactive may also terminate this licence at any time by discontinuing the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Orella Interactive does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orella Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA or your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google is similarly not a party to this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orella Interactive is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
