The App, including its design, code, content, and analysis methodology, is owned by Orella Interactive and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MAZE does not collect personal information. Your watchlist, journal, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or timely. Market data may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orella Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any investment decisions made based on information in the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orella Interactive is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
